Tight Neck?
The long dark days are definitely upon us here in the Yukon and I am definitely feeling it. Are you?
I've pulled out my SAD lamp and increased my Vitamin D intake. Taking care of myself physically is another way to support myself. Because I spend long hours at the computer, studying and growing my business, my neck and shoulders, and then my wrists and hands, get very tight.
This is a great way to help loosen up my neck and shoulders, and the best thing is it's a technique we can do for ourselves, anytime. I'd love to hear your experience with this.
